When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number and a valid email address. Our company is not to share this information with any other entity or use it in any way without your agreement. Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT 24%, 6% for books, magazines & publications, 13% for plants & food items). If your card does not get charged in Euros but in other currencies, then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction. Please note that the prices on this website do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order. Upon sending the order form you will receive a confirmation via email. Payment can be made by PayPal, Piraeus Bank and any other methods stated on this website. If, for any reason, you do not wish to use a credit/debit card as your payment method, we can offer Direct Bank Transfer service or Cash on Delivery service (for Greece residents only). Please see our Deliveries page for more information. Any payments made through this website are secured but please do make sure to follow basic security rules for online payments. You may place a valid order through our eshop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.


Zalo cannot guarantee the availability of any listed products. However, it guarantees the timely update of its customers regarding the products unavailability. We are only liable for significant lack of diligence and guile in the case of delay in delivering ordered products or of information and services it provides itself through its website. Also we bear no responsibility for any technical issues which the users may face when trying to access the website or during their browsing on it, which are related to the performance or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the website.



All orders are currently shipped with Elta courier & ACS courier. (read below) Items that you buy through “” are usually prepared and sent within 2-3 business days from the order confirmation. In case an item is to be manufactured upon order, then its delivery time may take a bit longer, which we will make known to you through email. Your final shipping price will be clearly indicated at checkout. All parcels are sent with registered mail. “” will supply you with the tracking number of the parcel sent through email and you will be informed of the parcel’s whereabouts through the corresponding courier service (Elta courier & ACS courier) . How do I know if my order has shipped: You will receive an email from us as your order has shipped. Delayed delivery: We want you to have a great experience! We aim to meet our stated delivery times and we wish from all of our designers to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons that are beyond our control. Domestic Delivery

We ship all orders with Elta courier. The shipping times are usually 2-4 business days. During excessive load of work during lockdowns due to Covid-19 where delivery might take up to 15 business days in some cases.

Europe countries Delivery

We ship all orders with ACS courier. The shipping times are usually 4-15 business days. During excessive load of work such as at cities and countries lockdowns during to Covid-19 these times may differ, but as experience has shown the delays are not significant.

World Wide Delivery (outside the EU)

We ship all orders with Elta courier. The shipping times are usually 5-10 business days. During excessive load of work such as at cities and countries lockdowns during to Covid-19 these times may differ, but as experience has shown the delays are not significant. * Do have in mind that all international customers (outside the EU) are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel and these are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the products.


Zalo insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. If you have purchased online and you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be exchanged provided they are in a saleable condition. Items must be returned within 7 days since you received them. We will only accept returns of goods in the same condition as delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from you. We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or if the packaging has been destroyed. Please make sure to keep the original packaging if anything is broken. Otherwise the shipping company will not take responsibility. Upon receipt of an order, you should notify us by email at on the same day if there is a problem. Please check items thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it gets approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that this exchange policy only applies to products bought online. If you purchased in our bricks and mortar store, we do not give refunds (except for faulty items) but we will offer an exchange or a credit note. Returns of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We take every responsibility to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before shipping. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting Faulty goods must also be returned within 7 days since you received them. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be made within 14 days since we receive the returned product(s). Please note refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
